Starting Point
WE MAPPED OUT OUR NEEDS
-
Case and file tracking ran across different software and manual lists, increasing the risk of missing critical dates and making workload planning unreliable. Performance evaluations and task distribution also weren't gathered in a central system, so team-level tracking suffered and managers struggled to measure properly
-
Employee leave, overtime records, and timekeeping processes were tracked with Excel spreadsheets, making it hard to access current data and creating inconsistencies during reporting. Personnel files and contract records were kept in different folders and systems, so getting to documents quickly wasn't possible
-
Expense and spending management ran through scattered documents and email traffic, extending approval times, complicating financial control, and making transparent tracking of processes impossible
